At BRAHMIN, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our luxury leather goods and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we accept returns of unused, full-priced merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box, ensuring all original tags are attached and any protective dust bags are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, removing any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
